Lawrence "Larry" 3000 (voiced by Mark Hamill) Originally designed as a diplomat, Larry was put into Time Squad service when the world's nations all joined together in the year one million, an event which turned out to be the worst thing to ever happen to him, second only to being saddled in Tuddrussel's unit. He is the only one capable of operating the time-traveling technology and most of the technology aboard the space station. Larry is also often shown to be grumpy and pessimistic, but it is not uncommon for him to show enthusiasm and joy. He is an expert chef, although Otto is the only one who seems to appreciate his rare delicacies, as Tuddrussel just wants a cheese burger. He is also skilled at needlepoint, computers, cooking, and household chores, though he gets little to no appreciation from Tuddrussel. Although Larry expresses deep disdain for Tuddrussel, deep down he does value his friendship.
Larry was mentioned by Otto, as the robot once told him it was better to know, than to guess.

He works at the "Mondo a-Go Go" amusement park, but his specific job is unknown.

Green Arrow is a fictional superhero who appears in comic books published by DC Comics. Created by Morton Weisinger and designed by George Papp, he first appeared in More Fun Comics #73 in November 1941. His real name is Oliver Queen, a billionaire businessman and owner of Queen Industries, also a well-known celebrity in his locale of Star City. Sometimes shown dressed like Robin Hood, Green Arrow is an archer who uses his skills to fight crime in his home cities of Star City and Seattle, as well as alongside his fellow superheroes as a member of the Justice League. Though much less frequently used in modern stories, he also deploys a range of trick arrows with various special functions, such as glue, explosive-tipped, grappling hook, flash grenade, tear gas and even kryptonite arrows for use in a range of special situations. At the time of his debut, Green Arrow functioned in many ways as an archery-themed analogue of the very popular Batman character, but writers at DC subsequently developed him into a voice of progressivism very much distinct in character from Batman.
Oliver Queen was one of the several benefactors that made Megaville possible.

White panteraList
Rodolfo Rivera is Manny's father and Puma Loco's son. Pantera can refer to a panther or any member of the panthera genus of cats. He is semi-retired, but has about as much trouble giving up being White Pantera as his father has giving up being Puma Loco (he never removes his magic boots, even when asleep, and only seems to take his mask off to do laundry and shave). Although he often holds a heroic and noble stature, he is easily excited, and tends to get childlike (such as waving his hands and giggling). Opposite of his father, Rodolfo wishes for Manny to become a hero. Although his father is a supervillain, he doesn't seem to hold it against him at all. Even if their views are different, the most he seems to ever do is give Grandpapi a scolding look (which, many times, will cause Grandpapi to back down). He is still in love with his ex-wife Maria; every time he is around her, he flirts with her. He even went as far as to hang a large painting of Maria and is said to have dinner with it every night (though he claims he put it there to "cover a hole"). His source of power are his Bronze Boots of Truth, which give him superhuman speed and strength and make anyone who touches the sole of the boots have to tell the truth. Rodolfo likes grapefruits and is allergic to jug band music (how he could be allergic to music, though, remains to be seen). His name means "White Panther" in Spanish.
Rodolfo Rivera died in the aftermath of the Omega Event, when the criminal element of Miracle City took over.
